These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", "you") and betasia9 ("betasia9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online gambling services available at betasia9.cam and any associated mobile applications or platforms operated under the betasia9 brand.

By accessing betasia9, creating a Member account, making any deposit, or placing any wager through our platform, you unequivocally confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;

• You must be a natural person (individuals only). Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to open Member accounts.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended betasia9 account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register applicable to betasia9, and you must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from online gambling services.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and update your details promptly when they change.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Each Member is permitted to maintain one (1) account on betasia9. During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and preferred currency (MYR). This information must accurately reflect your identity and will be used for KYC verification purposes.

4.1 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. betasia9 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password and, where available, two-factor authentication (2FA). You must not:

• Share your account credentials with any third party;
• Allow any other person to access or use your account;
• Access any account other than your own;
• Store your credentials in unencrypted formats on shared devices.

betasia9 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account where such access resulted from the Member's failure to maintain adequate security over their credentials.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, betasia9 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and where applicable, proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until documentation is provided and validated.

betasia9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and all major Malaysian banks), and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed at the rates and within the time frames specified in the platform's deposit and withdrawal guides.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for e-wallets and DuitNow; RM100 for bank transfer and crypto.
• Maximum deposit: RM30,000 per transaction for bank methods; RM10,000 for e-wallets; up to RM500,000 for USDT TRC20.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply based on account tier and verification status.

5.2 Processing Times

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits to the same account ("source of funds" policy). betasia9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Withdrawal requests made while a bonus is active will be subject to the applicable wagering requirement before release.

betasia9 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited as promotional funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is RM50 per round or spin. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire within 14 days of being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements after expiry will result in the bonus being removed.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account permanently closed.

All wagers placed through betasia9 are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after they have been confirmed by the platform's systems. Members are advised to review their wager details carefully before confirmation.

7.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets available on betasia9 include but are not limited to: Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC, and other international and domestic sporting events. Odds are displayed in the format selected by the Member and are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation.

• betasia9 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error occurred at time of placement.
• In-play bets are final once accepted by the platform's servers and are not cancellable.
• Maximum payout limits per event apply and will be communicated in the relevant betting interface.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. Where a game result is disputed, betasia9's system logs will be the definitive record of the game outcome. In the event of a technical fault mid-game, the round will typically be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances without prior notice:

• Fraudulent deposits — using stolen payment credentials, unauthorized bank accounts, or disputed payment methods.
• Money laundering — using betasia9 to layer, place, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity.
• Multi-accounting — maintaining more than one Member account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino or poker-format games.
• Chargebacks — initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider after wagering the deposited funds.
• Software manipulation — using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software to simulate or alter normal gameplay.
• Exploiting system errors — deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds for financial gain.
• Harassment — threatening, abusing, or harassing betasia9 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

betasia9 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Malaysia and internationally in relation to any suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity detected on the platform.

All content on the betasia9 platform — including but not limited to brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of betasia9 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any betasia9 content without express written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform;
• Use betasia9's trademarks, logos, or brand name in any commercial context without authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on betasia9's proprietary content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betasia9 shall not be liable to any Member for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, or data arising from use or inability to use the platform;
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or maintenance periods;
• Losses resulting from a Member's failure to secure their account credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from a Member's reliance on inaccurate or outdated odds or game information;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers (e.g., FPX, Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, banking institutions).

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, betasia9's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the lesser of the Member's total deposits made in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim or RM 2,880.

betasia9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its platform. The following tools and resources are available to all Members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account via the account settings panel.
• Session Time Limits — configure reminders and automatic logouts based on session duration.
• Loss Limits — cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from all betasia9 services. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the requested period. Contact support to initiate.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• A Member's engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• A request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to closure).

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, betasia9 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimately earned real-money funds will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following the completion of any investigation, minus any amounts forfeited as a result of the breach.

betasia9 operates under an international gaming licence (Curaçao jurisdiction). These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under that licensing framework.

Members acknowledge that the laws of Malaysia regarding online gambling may differ from the jurisdiction under which betasia9 is licensed. Each Member is individually responsible for ensuring that their use of betasia9 complies with the laws of their own country or territory of residence. betasia9 makes no representation that access to its services is lawful in all jurisdictions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betasia9's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms applicable under the relevant licensing framework.

betasia9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, betasia9 will endeavour to provide advance notice to Members via the email address registered on their account or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the betasia9 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account. The effective date of the most recent revision is noted at the top of this document.
